Who Am I?

Adobe Commerce Master Architect with deep full stack roots; my 18 years of development experience now informs how I design and lead enterprise commerce platforms at scale.

I work with some of the world’s largest consumer brands spanning the full engagement lifecycle, from pre-sales and solutioning through leading hybrid Adobe Commerce and AEM delivery teams. In practice that means being as comfortable presenting architecture to a C-suite in a sales setting as I am in a code review with the delivery team.

My work sits at the intersection of deep technical architecture and client-facing leadership: defining architecture standards, authoring Statements of Work, building and scaling delivery teams, navigating complex multi-site and headless implementations, and integrating commerce platforms into broader enterprise ecosystems. Increasingly that includes developing AI workflows and tooling to improve how engineering teams operate.

Outside of commerce and tech, I hold a Certificate in Conflict Management & Resolution, which turns out to be surprisingly useful when you’re aligning stakeholders across global organizations.
